Day 7 - Eggs again....

Breakfast:  2 eggs and 2 slices bacon with coffee.  Just not the same with sunny side eggs with no toast to wipe up the yolk.

Lunch:  3 or 4 slices of rolled up Sara Lee turkey lunch meat.  Kind of bland, gonna add avacado slices to the meat when they are rolled next time.

Dinner:  Salomon, cooked perfectly, topped with garlic and some other good spices.  Asparagus, carrots and cauliflower.

Snacks:  Late morning, some beef jerky while at basketball.  Afternoon was half an orange.  After dinner ate banana with almond butter in middle.

Random thoughts:  I thought it would be tough, was on the go from 8am to 4pm with my son, basketball tournament, lost in car for 2 hours trying to find baseball camp on other side of town, and then little league baseball tryouts.  The wife had my daughter for indoor soccer and basketball tournament.  But I guess since the cravings are gone, I survived staring at the soft pretzels, cookies and other junk food at basketball.  Packing a cooler with food is work, but on top of feeling good, we are saving alot of money on takeout.

And we are paying off the Hyundai Santa Fe on Monday with Uncle Sam's refund, so we are one step closer to being out of debt. 

Good day, long but steady.  I have to admit the lack of sugar and carbs has me full of energy.  Not bouncing like I would with an energy drink or Diet Mtn Dew, but nice and steady the entire day.  And I think my tone has gotten better.  Not as "crabby" I would hope the wife would say.
