Day 12 - Cheating happens, right?

Breakfast - 2 eggs

Lunch - Sashimi.  Didn't feel like the leftover chicken, so ran to Jungle Jim's, got almond meal, and had the sushi chef make me sashimi.  (Sushi without the rice, just the meat)  I had tuna, salmon, freshwater eel, and a few other pieces I didn't know the name of.  Probably too much salt in their soy sauce, but it was a good lunch.  I had some good avacado with it.

Dinner-  Yup, we cheated.  It was a bad afternoon for the wife and I and both of us decided to get pizza.  So we got a pan pizza from Jet's.  It was good, I had 4 slices, but not as good as I expected it to be. 

Random thoughts: 
Day 12 was Thursday

The funny thing, my BM was normal after the pizza, which I didn't expect.  Maybe once in a great while having processed food is not going to kill me, as long as it is not the norm. The wife and I both believe in the Paleo diet, I think it is very good for my body considering the IBS issues and lactose intolerant.  And the fresh veggies and fruit is very good now that I am used to it.  And I feel great.  But once in a while, getting something I crave really can help.  I feel very satisfied now, and I am looking forward to sticking with my diet as much as I can.

Funny thing, the morning after eating pizza, I'm down another pound.  Down 8 pounds in 12 days.
