Day 6 - Ready for weekend

Breakfast:  2 eggs and 2 slices bacon. 

Lunch:  Hamburger with sauteed onions and green peppers.  Half an orage.  6 oz. smoothie with banana, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and coconut milk. 

Dinner:  Some kind of pork stew cooked all day in the crockpot.  The pork tenderloin fell apart, had cauliflower in it as well.  Very good flavor.

Snacks:  Almonds, homemade trailmix, banana.

Random thoughts:  Not too much, ready for weekend.  Saturday is going to be long day, running kids everywhere.  Out of house from about 9am until 4pm.  Wife packed food, we will see how I hold out.  Lunch meat is itinerary for lunch, hopefully lots of veggies and fruit.  Cravings aren't existent, even though I still want evil food like Penn Station or wings all the time.  I miss "being satisfied" after eating, IE, full belly and stuffed.  But I know that is not healthy, and that is why I am fat.  So I have to learn to eat smart.  It is just tough.

Losing 7 lbs. in first 6 days makes it worth it though.

  2. Thanks! Hovering around 6-8 lbs down so far since day 6. Hopefully adding more intense exerice will take off more.
